Mouwasat Medical Service Group is developing the 220 bed Mouwasat Hospital in Al Khobar. FAEC has been appointed as construction management and site supervision consultant The project consists of a 5 storey main Hospital Building, Technical Building and Substation constructed on a plot of total area 53,979m2. The buildings are connected at the ground floor level.

The hospital has high end finishes, furnishings and medical equipment, integrated medical gas system and gas fuel system. The construction duration was to be 30 months.
