The company is certified in ISO 9001 (2015), Quality Management Systems; ISO 45001, Occupational Health and Management Systems; and ISO 14001, Environmental Management Systems.
Operational excellence and brand recognition synonymous with quality and on-time delivery are the main motivational forces for adopting our quality, occupational health and environmental management systems. This coupled with responsiveness to clients and client satisfaction, while respecting all applicable design regulations and applying rules of sustainable development are crucial to FAEC.
The FAEC Quality Team is fully qualified and experienced, led by the QHSE Manager, assisted by a team of Quality Control Engineers present in each discipline design team who carry out all the checks in accordance with procedures and the quality policy. The Quality Assurance Engineers maintain and continuously develop and improve policy documents, quality forms and procedures, together with Specialists in safety, environment and sustainable development.
Frequent audits are organized, both internal and external to ensure the effectiveness of the management system. One management system applies to the FAEC main office and branch offices and any subconsultants and specialists employed on specific projects as necessary.
FAEC is committed to an ongoing training and skills enhancement program. This program for all staff covers Quality, Health and Safety policies and requirements. In addition, a comprehensive training plan is implemented covering team building and teamwork, improved internal and external communications, staff time efficiency and commitment, and most importantly, constantly upskilling staff technical skills and their knowledge of new technologies and standards.
