The consultancy services include the preparation of the full detailed designs, specifications, construction drawings, bill of quantities and tender documents to allow the RC Jazan to bid, award and construct the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) facility which includes the Support Services Department Building, Warehouse and associated site infrastructure. The FAEC design was undertaken fully in house and in 3D Revit and BIM to ensure that everything is fully coordinated and there are no clashes to be resolved on site.
