INFRASTRUCTURE, PUBLIC UTILITIES AND ROADS FOR HAII 8 RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY DISTRICT

The Royal Commission is establishing a new city in Jazan Province which will consist of refineries, other industries, and residential communities. The proposed community of Haii-8, the “Chinese District,” is located in the North East of Jazan City for Primary Downstream Industries and covers an area of approximately 182 Ha.  This project is to undertake a study and full engineering design and bidding documents for the site rough grading, infra-structure, public utilities, and roads for the Haii 8 residential community district.

The discipline services involved in the detailed design are listed below; all undertaken by FAEC in house and in 3D Civil with detailed clash analysis in Navisworks to ensure fully coordinated and clash free on-site construction:
