INFRASTRUCTURE, ROADS AND UTILITIES FOR LIGHT INDUSTRIAL AREA – PHASE 1

The project is in the Industrial Zone of Jazan City for Primary Downstream Industries, bounded by Road 8 to the north, Road 10 to the south, Road 1 to the west and Road 5 to the east. The services include the detailed design, engineering, specifications, bill of quantities and bidding documents for the construction of the infrastructure, roads and utilities in the Light Industrial Area, Phase 1 in Jazan City, Light Industrial Districts 6-1 and 6-2.

The discipline services involved in the detailed design are listed below; all undertaken by FAEC in house and in 3D Civil with detailed clash analysis in Navisworks to ensure fully coordinated and clash free on-site construction:

•  Road Network (major and minor collectors, and local roads)
•  Storm Drainage system                     
•  Potable Water system
•  Sanitary Sewer system  
•  Irrigation Water system
•  Process Water system
•  Electrical Distribution system
•  Telecommunication system
•  Structures as necessary
