The consultancy services includes the full detailed design, engineering, and bidding documents for the construction of a new RC Jazan Headquarter Office facility. This is a critical project for the Royal Commission of Jazan and requires a truly modern iconic building, but with its roots embedded in the landscape, rock formations and character of Jazan. FAEC will undertake the architectural, structural and all building services design, and provide the construction drawings, specifications, bills of quantities and tender documents to enable RC Jazan to bid, award and construct a fitting iconic headquarters for the new city. Discipline services provided in the detailed design are listed below; all undertaken by FAEC in house in 3D REVIT and BIM models to ensure full coordination and no clashes requiring to be resolved on site: • Architectural design of buildings
