SASCO HEAD OFFICE STRUCTURAL SUPERVISION

FAEC is supervising the structural construction work of SASCO Head Office building in Riyadh, KSA. The building consists of six stories with a total built up area of 9,000sqm.  FAEC supervision team is committed to ensuring that only approved materials are utilized in the permanent works, construction is carried out as per the IFC design and drawings, construction progress is in accordance with the construction programme and the contractor undertakes the work in a safe and secure manner.  The structural supervision team will also review the shop drawings that are submitted by the contractor. In addition, the supervision team coordinates and liaises between the Client and the contractor and reviews the contractor’s program and progress and the required plant and equipment to undertake the works.
