• Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) located in Jubail Industrial City intends to expand its Home Ownership Program by providing new houses to their permanent employees in the residential area of Al-Mutrafiah District. This covers site development of Sector F4 of Al-Mutrafiah District from a land area of approximately 365 hectares leased from the Royal Commission.
• The Fringe Park is located at the southern edge of the Mutrafiah District and is bounded by Road 3 to the East, Mutrafiah Southern Road to the South and Al Murooj Road to the West. The Park Area is approximately 175,429 square metres.
Site Location:
• SABIC wishes to provide restrooms, landscaping, park amenities, irrigation and associated facilities to complete the development of the Fringe Park.
• Landscaping works in Al-Mutrafiah Housing Project Sector F4 Fringe Park is in accordance with the Mutrafiah District Development Master Plan Guidelines.
