MULTI-STOREY CAR PARKING BUILDING - KFU, AL-HASSA

FAEC was awarded the construction management and site supervision for the multi-storey car park by King Faisal University (KFU), Al-Hassa. The contract consists of two multi – storey parking buildings with parking spaces for 1,374 and 956 vehicles respectively.

These parking buildings have state of the art parking guidance systems that save a lot of time and frustration in finding a free parking space, thus reducing the traffic searching for parking spaces and reducing the pollution and noise.

The building features individual parking sensors with digital signage system, IP CCTV’s on all floors, display counter and gate barriers, central clock system and public address, firefighting systems with solar panels and unique aluminum cladding design surrounding the building. The duration of the project was to be approximately 24 months. FAEC had 17 technical staff employed for the full duration of construction.
