A new township has been developed for the SABIC employees of Eastern Province as an opportunity to live in a luxurious villa designed combining modern with Mediterranean / Arabic architecture. 2,700 housing units located in an area of land of 437 hectares and distributed in 12 Sectors.
FAEC was awarded the complete design and engineering services comprising the housing units and the primary and secondary infrastructure works. The services covered design concept through to complete detailed design and engineering work.
