JUBAIL TECHNICAL INSTITUTE (JTI) DEVELOPMENT

The Royal Commission (RC) proposes to expand Jubail Technical Institute (JTI) to accommodate future student population of 2500 students plus approximately 100 teaching and support staff on the existing JTI college campus.  The total site area for infrastructure development is 45 hectares.

This includes upgrading the existing first year student class rooms, orientation building, adding new workshops and student dormitory in a seven storey building with a total GFA of some 28,600 square metres, together with associated infrastructure.

FAEC scope included concept and detailed design engineering of architectural, structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, telecommunications and landscaping services.
