The Royal Commission has been approached by private investors who wish to establish private schools, institutions and training centers in Jubail Industrial City.
In response to this demand the Royal Commission has allocated a 32 hectare site at Haii AI-Shatti which has been chosen for its easy access.
The initial phase is to develop 50% to the north side of the site with the remaining south half maintained for future expansion. This assignment included the design development of the whole AI Shatti area North and South.
The development is to comply with the environmental requirements of Haii AI-Shatti including a maximum of eight hours operational use per day.
FAEC scope included all technical and professional services for the complete engineering package of urban planning development and site Infrastructure and utilities design at Haii AI-Shatti.
