MOUWASAT MEDICAL CENTRE (200-BED HOSPITAL), RIYADH

Mouwasat Medical Center, located in Riyadh, has a total built-up area of 22,000m2. It consists of three (3) basement level floors and three (3) above ground floors (ground, first and second floors). The site also accommodates 600 parking spaces.

The 200 beds are distributed across all medical specialties, including intensive care units for adults and infants together with isolation rooms and emergency beds. The hospital is equipped with the most advanced medical facilities, fully equipped surgical theatres for chest and open heart operations, in addition to seven other general operating theatres and surgery support facilities. FAEC successfully completed the construction management and detailed site supervision.
