FAEC was awarded the construction project management, supervision and technical support for Al Jubail Development Company’s Housing Project. The project is located at Fursan area, Dammam, King Fahd International Airport highway. The project has a total land area of 39,760 m2.
The housing project comprises 81 villas with the following three types of designs:
1. Type A – 67 Villas, 148 m2
2. Type B – 13 Villas, 169 m2
3. Type C – 1 Villa, 310 m2
