The Royal Commission (RC) desires to implement LEED Commissioning services for the construction of Royal Commission Head Quarters Building in Madinat Yanbu AI-Sinaiyah.
The following defines specific scope of work for this task.
1. Develop & Issue Commissioning Plan.
2. Develop Commissioning Specifications.
3. Develop Construction Checklists.
4. Develop Functional Testing Procedures.
5. Develop and Maintain Issues Log & Issue Progress Reports.
6. Site Visit Verification during Construction (28-month period).
7. Perform Commissioning Close-out.
8. Verify O&M Personnel Training.
9. Systems Manual.
10. USGBC Management of Commissioning Documents.
The project has been performed in collaboration with sub consultant EME Consulting Engineering Group, LLC, (EME) per the Scope of Work to provide LEED Commissioning services.
