Intended for each neighborhood in the Royal Commission Yanbu, the Prototypical Fire Station Building for the Royal Commission Yanbu Fire Department was designed for responding 24/7 and to be equipped with 3 Apparatus / firefighting trucks of different types and sizes to fight against any danger.

Building with 1,000 m2 covered area is designed on a site of 5,000 m2.

The Main Building is divided in three major area:
   •  Apparatus Bay (Fire Truck Bay)
   •  Apparatus Bay support
   •  Administration and Office
The Site will have recreation area.
