PEARL TOWER, AL-KHOBAR

Al-Khobar Pearl Tower comprises a twenty seven storey office tower with restaurant located on the twenty second floor, set above a three-storey Urban Centre podium together with three-storey underground basement parking. Maximising the site potential, the design team gave a double orientation to the tower. On one side, the building is oriented towards the sea while the other side
is oriented towards the city.

The shape of the building was inspired by the waves in their dynamic movement, resulting in a unique architectural expression.
