SOUTH DHAHRAN HOUSING OWNERSHIP PROGRAM (SDHOP)- 2B

Saudi Aramco proposes to build new staff homes in South Dhahran under the umbrella of its South Dhahran Home Ownership Program (SDHOP). The Increment I phase consisted of around 3500 units to be built over various districts within the phase, along with schools and other community facilities. Primarily a residential, home ownership development with supporting community facilities including schools, mosques and recreational venues.

District 2B:
FAEC scope covered the design and engineering work for the District 2B contractor. The implementation will build 345 housing units together with all the related secondary infrastructure work.
FAEC used advanced computer programs like Revit and Civil 3D for the clash detection system which added value to the project.
