FAEC was commissioned to design a Beach Front Resort and Suites, located in Shubaily, Al Khobar. The project included the design of the main villa along with suites for visitors and family members. The concept of the design of the villa emphasizes the uniqueness of Moroccan and Middle Eastern Architecture.
In addition to the design of the villa and suites, the project included the design of a marina as well as a multipurpose recreation area. Also a service building was designed for storage and other purposes, along with accommodation for drivers and maids.
The whole design project follows the concept of integrating environmental factors of the sea world, function, and a place where anyone visiting and staying at the resort will experience a relaxed feeling with the freshness of the breeze off the sea and isolated from the busy world of noise and pollution.
