FAMILY APARTMENTS IN JALMUDAH, JUBAIL

The Royal Commission is to construct a number of family apartments in Sector A 1-5 and A 1-7 of Jalmudah District as part of the Residential Development.

These apartment buildings were both four (4) and seven (7)-stories high, and located on three (3) separate plots in Sectors A 1-5 and A 1-7. 
The seven-storey buildings were modeled on the four- storey buildings and the design modified to cater for the 3 extra floors. This development consisted of 444 family apartment units.
FAEC scope of services was the complete design and engineering work.
