DAREEN EAST BEACH DEVELOPMENT

The works in the design package are intended to attract commercial development investors and beachfront recreation and residential expansion developments. The shoreline dredging zone under this task is approximately 2.5 km long. The width of the zone varies from less than 150m to over 250m to produce a minimum water depth of 5m at low tide for recreational water craft.

Work performed under this task related to the proposed water front park of approximately 50 hectares including primary and secondary infrastructure for beachfront chalets, luxury restaurants and shops, administration buildings and dredging adjacent to the shore line. The services included the complete landscape design for the park.
